We are excited to be hosting the Church Planting Conference at the beautiful Marmara Taksim hotel, located in the heart of Istanbul's Taksim Square.

Who is eligible to attend?

All Superintendents, Church Planting Coordinators, MM33 Coordinators, Commission Participants, and those involved in church planting within the World Assemblies of God Fellowship are welcome to participate in this three-day conference.

When is my RSVP due?

Registration will close on April 30th, or when seats are fully booked, so we recommend registering early.

What is the cost to attend?

We're excited to offer you this conference with no registration fees. It's important to note that you will be responsible for covering your own travel expenses, food costs, and hotel accommodations.

What hotel accommodation options are available, and are they covered?

While there is no fee to attend the Church Planting Conference, you are responsible for reserving your hotel accommodations.

Can I invite my spouse or any family members to attend the conference with me?

Spouses are welcome to join the event. Please be sure to indicate this on your registration form. It is important to note that, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children at this time. We recommend exploring alternative plans for your family to enjoy the city during the day.

What languages will be supported?

The primary language during the conference will be English; however, conference resources will also be available in French and Spanish.

Will the agenda be made available before the conference?

A detailed agenda will be posted on the event website closer to the event‘s start date.

What time will the conference start and end?

Daily registration starts at 8 am. The conference sessions will begin at 9 am and conclude at 5:00 pm. On the final day, although the conference day concludes at 5:00 pm, we will gather again at 5:30 pm for a concluding dinner and evening session.

What meals should I plan for?

Light refreshments and lunch will be served daily during the conference. On the last evening, there will be dinner provided.
